Visit with Renowned Cancer Researchers
Gary Ostrander, second from left, professor in the Department of Biomedical Sciences in Florida State University’s School of Medicine, and fellow researcher and his sister, Elaine Ostrander, visited MSU in March as the featured speakers for the Giles Distinguished Lecture Series. The two cancer researchers discussed the human-animal disease connection in separate presentations and visited with event organizer Merrill Warkentin, left, James J. Rouse Endowed Professor of Information Systems in the Department of Management and Information Systems, and MSU President Mark E. Keenum.
