MSU President Mark E. Keenum, back center, had lunch on Sept. 29 with students from the TRIO and ACCESS programs at Mississippi State. TRIO students are those who have overcome tremendous barriers in order to participate in higher education, and ACCESS students are those with intellectual disabilities who have successfully transitioned into the university. Keenum addressed the students during the lunch, giving them words of encouragement and praising them for their desire to be a part of the Bulldog family.
