President Mark E. Keenum welcomes student Fulbright Scholars to Mississippi Stateâs campus for an American South-themed course sponsored by the English Language Institute. Â The students, who represent more than 20 countries, will spend three-weeks enhancing their English communication skills and receiving guidance in adapting to university culture in the United States.
