Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack toured several U.S. Department of Agriculture research projects being conducted on the Starkville campus of Mississippi State University on Wednesday [Sept. 25] and joined MSU President Mark E. Keenum for a press conference after the tour. Keenum is a former Under Secretary of Agriculture. Vilsack also met with a group of students from the Division of Agriculture, Forestry and Veterinary Medicine during his MSU visit.
