The Mississippi Economic Council, best known as the "state chamber of commerce," held meetings Friday, Oct. 4, in the Hunter Henry Center at Mississippi State University. The MEC board of directors took part in a reception and dinner at the home of MSU President Mark E. Keenum and MSU First Lady Rhonda Keenum on Thursday evening.
