Ph.D. Hooding
MSU President Mark E. Keenum congratulates the achievements of students completing the university’s highest academic degree at the Doctoral Hooding Ceremony. Graduates were hooded by the major professor and college dean before being recognized for earning the Doctor of Philosophy degree.
