Bulldog Free Tuition Program
MSU President Mark E. Keenum, Lt. Col. Brian Locke (Ret.), Director of the G.V. “Sonny” Montgomery Center for America’s Veterans, and Maj. Gen. Janson D. “Durr” Boyles, Adjutant General of Mississippi, celebrate after signing a memorandum of agreement for the Bulldog Free Tuition Program. The new program, announced Aug. 7 at Nusz Hall, provides free tuition for eligible full-time MSU students who are members of the Mississippi National Guard. It is the first program of its kind in Mississippi.
