MSU President Mark E. Keenum poses with members of the MSU Cross Country Team and Coach Houston Franks. In November, the team ended its season with its highest ranking in school history at 15th in the country. The Bulldogs also won their first regional in program history. For his efforts, Franks was named USTFCCCA Coach of the Year for the South Region.
