MSU President Mark E. Keenum, right, was welcomed to a September luncheon for TRIO students by Julie Capella, assistant dean and director of Student Support Services. TRIO students are those who have overcome tremendous barriers in order to participate in higher education. Keenum addressed the students during the lunch, giving them words of encouragement and praising them for their desire to be a part of the Bulldog family.
