Mississippi State University President Mark E. Keenum addresses the universityâs spring Safe Zone LGBTQ Ally Training on Friday, Feb. 12. Safe Zone is a campus-wide program that promotes a welcoming and safe community for LGBTQ students, faculty and staff. Safe Zone Allies, who have completed awareness training, are any individuals committed to providing and maintaining a safe and supportive campus environment. Safe Zone is a program supported by the MSU Division of Student Affairs and MSUâs Holmes Cultural Diversity Center.
