MSU President Mark E. Keenum introduces Mississippi Sen. Buck Clarke during his Honorâs leadership class Monday afternoon. Clarke is among a succession of prestigious guest speakers who students in Keenumâs class will hear from throughout the semester. Clarke, the District 22 senator who represents Bolivar, Humphreys, Sharkey, Washington and Yazoo counties, also serves as chair of the senate Appropriations committee and as member of several others. His professional occupation is a certified public accountant, and he resides in Hollandale.
