Mississippi State University held its first Women of Color Summit on Friday. University President Mark E. Keenum, left, and Jerry Gilbert, provost and executive vice president, thank keynote speaker Sharon Eubanks for her presentation. Eubanks, who graduated from MSU in the 1970s, was lead counsel in the civil case against the tobacco companies that forced them to change the way they advertise, market and do business.
