Keenum visits with Oktibbeha County administrator Don Posey, while Lynn Spruill, Starkville's chief administrative officer, and Marvell Howard, a member of the Oktibbeha County Board of Supervisors, look on. Community leaders visited at Mississippi State's Leo W. Seal M-Club Center Friday for lunch and discussion of general issues to help enhance the relationship between the university and community. This meeting was part of a series of gatherings for the group of leaders.
