At Mississippi State's 2026 New Maroon Camp, university President Mark E. Keenum welcomed more than 1,000 campers for the four-night, three-day university experience in August that immerses incoming Bulldogs in campus traditions, team-building activities and opportunities to connect with fellow students. The new students were encouraged to seize opportunities to get involved on campus by Keenum, who also ended his talk with his spirited reminder, “Go to class!”
