On the last day of August, Mississippi State Orientation Leaders were welcomed to the home of MSU President Mark E. Keenum and First Lady Rhonda Keenum for a dinner in the group’s honor. OL’s spent most of their 2026 summer guiding new freshmen and transfer students through orientation sessions full of information on the Maroon and White experience—campus life, academics, support services, SEC sports and Starkville, USA Today’s Best Small Town in the South.
