New Facility for Livestock Evaluation

A group of seven people hold a maroon ribbon for a ribbon-cutting ceremony under a metal-roofed structure, with a person preparing to cut it with large scissors, at a livestock evaluation lab.

Mississippi State’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and the Mississippi Agricultural and Forestry Experiment Station held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its Livestock Evaluation Laboratory in early May. Joining MSU President Mark E. Keenum, center, and several university administrators in opening the new facility was U.S. Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith, left of Keenum.
