Mississippi State University President Mark E. Keenum gave the keynote speech at the end of June to attendees of the North American Colleges and Teachers of Agriculture conference held at The Mill at MSU. He presented a cowbell to NACTA President Elizabeth Karcher, who then presented a plaque to him honoring his contributions to the organization.
