Mississippi State’s First Lady Rhonda Keenum addressed 250 community college students and their advisors who were on MSU’s campus in March for the Phi Theta Kappa Regional Conference. The students, from both Mississippi and Louisiana two-year colleges, heard Mrs. Keenum discuss her time at Northeast Mississippi Community College as a PTK member and the path that her education, both at NEMCC and MSU, took her as she rose to become a senior White House staff member in the George W. Bush administration.
