Honorable Youssef Amrani, Ambassador of Morocco to the U.S., left, visited Mississippi State in February as he and MSU President Mark E. Keenum and Morocco’s Université Internationale de Rabat President Noureddine Mouaddib signed an agreement expanding their decade-long education collaboration. The partnership now includes degree programs ranging from engineering and agriculture to architecture and business, among others.
