In lieu of its regular monthly meeting, the Executive Council held an email vote on September 24, 2021, to consider an update of OP 91.351: Display of Flag, which establishes regulations and guidelines for displaying the official university flags of the United States of America and the State of Mississippi. The proposed update includes minor edits and no substantive changes. Council members Dr. Mark Keenum, Dr. Keith Coble, Ms. Leslie Corey, Ms. Ra’Sheda Forbes, Dr. Regina Hyatt, Ms. Christine Jackson, Dr. Julie Jordan, Ms. Joan Lucas, Mr. Steve Parrott, Dr. Rebecca Robichaux-Davis, Mr. John Rush, Dr. David Shaw, Ms. Anna Sparks, and Mr. Don Zant voted to approve.
