Executive Council met at 1:30 p.m. at Lee Hall. Present were Dr. Mark E. Keenum, presiding, Ms. Amy Adkerson, Dr. Judy Bonner, Ms. Ann Carr, Dr. Timothy Chamblee, Dr. Darrell Easley, Ms. Lesia Ervin, Dr. Randy Follett, Dr. Teresa Gammill, Dr. Regina Hyatt, Mr. Brandon Jolly, Mr. Jake Manning, Dr. Reuben Moore, Mr. Steve Parrott, Mr. John Rush, Ms. Amy Tuck, Mr. Don Zant, and Mr. Jim Laird.

Mr. Jolly presented an update of OP 01.07, Whistleblower Policy. The update includes minor edits and no substantive changes. The Council recommended approval.

Dr. Moore requested that a revision of OP 56.07, The Safe Shipping, Storage, and Handling of Pesticides and Other Toxic Chemicals, be tabled for discussion at a future meeting after additional changes are made.

Dr. Chamblee presented a rescission of OP 91.177, Extended Orientation for International Students. The policy is no longer relevant or needed. The Council recommended approval.

Dr. Hyatt presented a rescission of OP 91.302, AIDS Policy. The policy is no longer relevant or needed. The Council recommended approval.
