Keenum, presiding, Dr. Greg Bohach, Dr. Judy Bonner, Ms. Susan Brooks, Ms. Ann Carr, Dr. Timothy Chamblee, Mr. Jeremiah Dumas, Mr. David Easley, Mr. Kevin Edelblute, Ms. Mayah Emerson, Dr. Brent Fountain, Dr. Regina Hyatt, Dr. Allen Parrish, Mr. Steve Parrott, Ms. Judy Spencer, Ms. Amy Tuck, and Mr. Jim Laird.

Dr. Hyatt presented a revision of OP 01.04, Emergency Operations. This minor update clarifies language and streamlines procedures. The Council recommended approval.

Dr. Hyatt presented a revision of OP 91.350, Reservation for University Recreation Facilities. This minor update clarifies language. The Council recommended approval.

Ms. Tuck presented a revision of OP 95.501, Traffic and Parking Rules and Regulations. This update clarifies language, adds information to address Americans with Disabilities Act requirements and the implementation of license plate recognition technology, and clarifies other procedures. The Council recommended approval.

Dr. Bonner presented a revision of AOP 12.10, Recognition of Undergraduate Academic Achievement. This update clarifies eligibility for the Stephen D. Lee Scholar Award. The Council recommended approval.

Dr. Bonner presented a revision AOP 13.01, Emeritus Appointments. This update clarifies that there are no rights or privileges associated with emeritus appointments. The Council recommended approval.

Dr. Bonner presented a rescission of AOP 13.10, Outside Employment. HRM 60.415, Outside Employment and Consulting, addresses the issues of AOP 13.10, and therefore it is no longer needed. The Council recommended approval.

Dr. Bonner presented a revision of AOP 13.21, Faculty Released Time for Specified Committee Chairs. This update recognizes the time and effort commitments faculty may make, primarily in the summer months, including Robert Holland Faculty Senate president and vice president and the faculty athletics representative. The Council recommended approval.
