Executive Council met at 1:30 p.m. at 611 Allen Hall. Present were Dr. Mark Keenum, presiding, Dr. Jerry Gilbert, Mr. Thomas Sellers, Dr. Hart Bailey, Dr. Bill Kibler, Dr. Bob Williams, Ms. Mary Vaughan, Ms. Ann Carr, Dr. Teresa Gammill, Mr. Don Zant, Mr. John Rush, Dr. Tommy Stevenson, Ms. Joan Lucas, Mr. Joe Farris and Ms. Lesia Bryant.

Ms. Lucas presented for approval a revised version of OP 06.04, Public Records Request Policy. Changes in state law effective July 1 reduce from 14 days to seven days the time allowed to respond to public records requests, and the policy update reflects that change. The council recommended approval.
