Executive Council met at 11 a.m. in 611 Allen Hall. Present were Dr. Peter Rabideau, presiding, Dr. Melissa Mixon, Dr. Kirk Schulz, Dr. Bob Wolverton, Mike McGrevey, John Rush, Bill Broyles, Duncan McKenzie, Don Zant, Dr. Mary Alexander, Joe Farris, Charles Guest and Ann Bell.

Mr. Broyles presented for approval a revised version of Student Affairs Operating Policy 91.200, Student and Other University Organizations. The revised version is updated to reflect changes in organizational structure and titles. The council recommended approval.

Ms. Bell presented for approval a revised version of Human Resources Management Policy 60-201, Leave/Leave Without Pay. The revised policy consolidates nine separate previously existing policies. Revisions were made with input from each vice presidential area. The council recommended approval.
