Executive Council met at 11 a.m. in 611 Allen Hall. Present were Dr. Peter Rabideau, presiding, Dr. Melissa Mixon, Dr. Bob Wolverton, Dr. Mary Alexander, Dr. Bill Kibler, Joy Odom, John Rush, Dr. Kirk Schulz, Wayne Bland, Don Zant, Charles Guest, Joe Farris, Duncan McKenzie, and Julie Fulgham.

Mr. Bland presented for approval a new policy and procedure on Account Reconciliation designed to satisfy state and federal audit requirements and provide departments with guidelines in developing financial account reconciliation procedures.
