Executive Council met at 11 a.m. in 611 Allen Hall. Present were Dr. Peter Rabideau, presiding, Dr. Vance Watson, Dr. Kirk Schulz, Dr. Bill Kibler, Mike Harris, Dr. Robert Wolverton, John Rush, Larry Templeton, Dr. Melissa Mixon, Don Zant, Charles Guest, Joe Farris, and Dr. Mary Alexander.

Dr. Rabideau presented for consideration a revised version of Academic Operating Procedure 31.02, Legal Resident Status. The proposed changes would comply with changes in state law and IHL policy concerning the definition of legal resident status. The proposal was tabled for further review of the section on MSU waivers of out-of-state tuition.

Dr. Rabideau presented for consideration AOP 12.21, Veterans' Academic Status. The council recommended approval.
