Executive Council met at 9 a.m. in 611 Allen Hall. Present were Dr. Billy Ward, Dr. Rodney Foil, Dr. Roy Ruby, Dr. Melvin Ray, Leah Norman, Dr. George Rent, Dr. Leslie Bauman, Patsy Douglas, Dr. R. D. Ikenberry, Charles Guest.

The council recommended approval of the Division of Agriculture, Forestry and Veterinary Medicine policy on external reviews.

Dr. Foil and Ms. Norman led a discussion of the June meeting of the Board of Trustees.

Dr. Ikenberry reminded participants to submit budget requests and goals by June 27.

Dr. Ray announced that Lynne Chronister is leaving the university for a position at the University of Utah.
