Lasting legacy
MSU President Mark E. Keenum, left, and Athletics Director John Cohen, right, stand with Margaret and Fred Carl Jr. under the new name of the Davis Wade Stadium gate that now bears the name of the Carls’ late son, Chris. Chris held a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration from MSU, was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon, and was a true Bulldog fan. The naming ceremony was held in mid-October.
