Presidential Lunch
Mississippi State welcomed thousands of students to campus in August for the start of the fall semester, and MSU President Mark E. Keenum visited with a number of them in the Marketplace at Perry dining hall. He enjoyed lunch with MSU Student Association President Garrett Smith, a senior political science major from Starkville. Known and loved by many as Perry Cafeteria, the historic Mississippi Landmark building at the heart of MSU’s campus stands 368 feet long, 90 feet wide and the ceilings are 50 feet high.
