Welcoming the Appalachian Regional Commission

Keenum, right, welcomes Mike Armour, state of Mississippi director for the Appalachian Regional Commission, and Andrea Rose, ARC project manager, to campus during an April visit. Armour and Rose received tours of the MSU campus and discussed ways to further develop partnerships between ARC and MSU.
