MSU President Mark E. Keenum talks with roommates moving in at Oak Hall in preparation for the fall 2020 semester. Students and their guests, as well as administrators, faculty and staff, are adhering to recommendations from MSU’s special initiative, “Cowbell Well,” which advocates wearing face coverings and other healthy behaviors.
