MS Commissioner of Higher Education Alfred Rankins visits MSU
Mississippi Commissioner of Higher Education Alfred Rankins, left, visits with MSU President Mark E. Keenum during the commissioner’s visit to MSU as part of his statewide listening tour. Rankins, a two-time MSU alumnus, listened to MSU students, faculty and staff discuss the challenges and successes of the university during a series of meetings and forums. Rankins was appointed commissioner in March and embarked on the listening tour after formally taking office in July.
