MSU President Mark E. Keenum takes the first drive down Hail State Boulevard, the new 3.5-mile south entrance road. Keenum and other MSU, state and local officials marked the opening of the new road with a ribbon cutting ceremony Friday [Sept. 1]. The $18 million road adds a new access point to the south end of the MSU campus and improves traffic flow.
