MSU President Mark E. Keenum drives the ceremonial first nail of the eighth Maroon Edition Habitat for Humanity home on Friday [Aug. 5]. The home, which will be built by MSU student, faculty and staff volunteers, is being built for Lena Evans (right) and Lashay Evans (left). MSU has partnered with Starkville Area Habitat for Humanity for eight years to build a Maroon Edition Habitat home and inspire students to pursue service opportunities in the community.
