MSU President Mark E. Keenum spoke to more than 100 youth on Monday during the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation's "Badges for Baseball" program. Co-sponsored by the Mississippi Department of Human Services, the camp gave students an insight into college life and the importance of higher education. The Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation works with partners such as MSU to provide programs that positively impact at-risk youth, help build character, and teach critical life lessons.
