Sponsored by the American Legion, Boys State is the nation's premier program for teaching how government works while developing leadership skills and an appreciation for the rights and responsibilities of citizenship. Boys State Director Neal Boone, right, and Boys State Chairman Donald Cabrol, left, of the American Legion joined Keenum in MSU historic Lee Hall for opening ceremonies.
